Clients are responsible for reimbursable expenses such as paper, envelopes, postage and long distance charges.

Final proofreading of all documents is the responsibility of the client.

Work will begin upon receipt of a valid order. Payment due in full prior to delivery of project.


Our rate structure is really quite simple. We offer three billing options: per project, monthly retainer and hourly. To assist you, each option is described below.

Project Plan -- If you will require our services for only one project or infrequently, you may wish to pay on a "per project" basis. We will review your project specifications and provide you with an estimate prior to commencement of work. All project prices are estimates and, therefore, are subject to change.

Monthly Retainer Plans -- If you require our services on an ongoing basis, you can save money with a monthly retainer plan. Depending on your requirements, you can save from 10% to 20% off our standard hourly rates. We have several plans available and will be happy to customize a monthly retainer package to suit your needs -- just ask!

Hourly Plan -- If you need only a few hours of assistance during the month, you may choose to pay for our services at our standard hourly rate.

Our Rate and Payment Policy

  • Hourly rates are billed in fifteen-minute increments.
  • A signed order form, outlining the details of the project, is required before beginning work.
  • A $20.00 minimum fee is charged on all projects.
  • A 25% deposit is required on all project plan assignments prior to work being started.
  • We reserve the right to add a 25% surcharge to all projects requiring "Rush" service.
  • We reserve the right to add a 25% surcharge to all projects requiring evening and weekend service.
  • Monthly retainer invoices are e-mailed two weeks prior to the first of the month and are due and payable on the first of the month.
  • Unused retainer fees are non-refundable; however, we will gladly provide additional services to cover the unused amount.
  • Payment is due in full prior to delivery of finished project for work performed under the Hourly or Project Plans.

There will be a $25.00 service fee for any returned checks.
